Requirements
- 10+ years of proven maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong background in electrical components & CNC troubleshooting
- Skilled with forklifts, cranes, bobcats, and grounds equipment
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and handle the demands of the job
- Detail-oriented, safety-driven, and ready to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, CNC machines, conveyor systems & pneumatic tools
- Troubleshoot & repair CNC controls, electrical components, PLCs, and robotics
- Fit bearings, seals, and precision components with expert adjustments
- Inspect, calibrate, and repair machinery using advanced test equipment
- Mentor and assist in training junior technicians
