Seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician that serves as the senior mechanical and technical authority within the maintenance team. This role is responsible for leading complex troubleshooting efforts, driving equipment reliability improvements, and mentoring junior technicians, while partnering closely with engineering and production leadership to support safe, efficient operations. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma/GED Required Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with proven leadership and technical expertise QUALIFICATIONS: System-level understanding of tube mills and auxiliary equipment Advanced welding and fabrication skills Strong understanding of mechanical power transmission, hydraulics, and pneumatics Advanced troubleshooting of motors, drives, and VFDs PLC I/O diagnostics and control system troubleshooting Proven experience performing RCFA PM and PdM program development and optimization Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead maintenance technicians Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead by example and influence across departments
