Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 3 years of building maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Solid working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and supervise a team.
- Physically capable of performing activities like lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, standing, and walking.
- Valid driver's license with minimal violations/points.
- Ability to travel between dealership locations (vehicle provided).
Responsibilities
- Perform minor electrical maintenance (e.g., repairing equipment, replacing switches, outlets, ballasts, and light fixtures).
- Handle minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets.
- Complete carpentry repairs, such as door hardware replacement, wall patching, and painting.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor HVAC maintenance (e.g., replacing filters, belts, thermostats, cleaning coils).
- Monitor building conditions, equipment, and systems, ensuring proper maintenance and operation.
- Assist and supervise vendors for specialized services such as fire protection systems, HVAC systems, lawn care, and snow removal.
- Travel between dealership locations as needed (vehicle provided).
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
