TWB Company is adding a Senior Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Controls) to our 1st shift team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with advanced manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting complex electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems that keep our operation running at peak performance. Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints
• Comfort working with basic computer systems and maintenance software
• Lockout/Tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined space training
• CPR/First Aid certification

Nice To Haves

• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• PLC experience (troubleshooting, ladder logic)
• HMI programming or interface experience
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Experience using meters and performing electrical measurements

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and interpret ladder logic
• Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and performance
• Make mechanical adjustments and complete repairs as needed
• Accurately document work in the maintenance management system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support additional maintenance and operational needs as required
