Requirements

  • Completion of a Technical diploma or Associate’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required.
  • Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of equipment.
  • Experience repairing, troubleshooting, and programming PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and operator interfaces.
  • Experience in CNC / Robotics.
  • Ability to install piping systems including copper / black iron.
  • Basic Electrical knowledge.
  • Hydraulic / Pneumatics.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and install equipment.
  • Complete preventative, corrective, and unplanned maintenance tasks.
  • Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization, i.e., via reports, e-mail, verbally, and/or in small/large group settings.
  • Accurately carry out and assist in the development of preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Support and develop downtime reduction initiatives.
