Partner with the General and Regional Manager on property maintenance plans and initiatives. Provide strong leadership, direction, and training while you empower the service team to perform at the highest level. Prioritized work orders and delegated assignments to assure all service orders requests are successfully completed and completed in a timely manner. Lead by example and troubleshoot/complete service requests as needed. Ensure the service team adheres to budgets, provided the highest level of service, and provides the highest level of resident relations and customer service. Oversight two communities
