The Senior Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in our success. Located near Downtown Tacoma, VUE25 is a 171 unit mid-rise community easily accessible to nearby I-5- making your commute a breeze. Set in what was once a cereal mill, Albers Mill Lofts offers a unique luxury experience in the Hilltop neighborhood of Tacoma. This 36 unit mid-rise community mixes classic architecture with modern upgrades, and is paired with a convenient location near downtown Tacoma. Manages and coordinates all technical and mechanical work for a very large property, or multiple properties, to ensure the interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality as well as meeting budgeted financial and operational goals.
