Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing maintenance or engineering, 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and reliability engineering.
Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Experience managing capital projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Understanding of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a food or consumer goods manufacturing environment.
Certification in Maintenance and Reliability (CMRP or similar).
Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff.
Oversee planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Lead engineering projects, including equipment upgrades and installations.
Implement strategies to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Manage the maintenance department budget and provide regular performance reports.
