About The Position

Perform general machining functions in support for various Departments
throughout the Plant as well assisting in supporting Departments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.)
• 7 plus years job experience
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments
• Basic math skills
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Able to work well with others
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Ability to bend, twist & lift repetitively
• Ability to lift 30 – 50 pounds occasionally
• Eye protection is always required.
• Hearing protection is always required
• Exposure to hot & cold temperatures
• Exposure to metal working fluids
• Exposure to noisy conditions
• Steel toe boots with metatarsals are always required

Responsibilities

• Perform detail machining responsibilities
• Provide support for new projects, engineering projects & new tooling requirements
• Maintains Environmental, Health, & Safety standards in the workplace
• Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations
• Work with entry level machinists
• Manage project timeline requirements
