About The Position

AI-powered Search, Recommendations and Generative AI-based guidance is a core part of Adobe's Cloud offering. Adobe Cloud enables customers to create and generate digital content, and Digital experiences. The Search, Discovery, and Content AI Team drives customer success for Adobe Express, Creative Cloud, and Document Cloud. Creative professionals and novice users need the quick discovery of digital assets from brushes to colors, images, videos, and beyond. They also need AI-powered assistance to discover the ingredients needed to complete their creative journey at scale. We are building a new search, recommendations, and knowledge graph platform that powers suits of Adobe product lines. Our platform caters to millions of users and billions of entities. Requirements

  • Masters' degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, engineering, or other relevant subject area highly preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required

Responsibilities

  • Research, develop and implement ML models using Transformers, LLMs, and classical ML algorithms for search and recommendation use cases
  • Design and implement online learning for recommendations with the help of contextual bandits or reinforcement learning
  • Be proficient in Python, Pytorch, CI/CD pipelines and API development
  • Fine-tune LLMs and Diffusion models to build and augment a creative knowledge graph and use it to recommend billions of images, videos, documents, and other assets in real time
  • Conduct innovative research on novel LLM architectures and training methods, focusing on creative applications
  • Process Multimodal (Text, Image, Video) intent and contextually assist the user by recommending ingredients and generating rich artifacts to enable a seamless creative path
  • Align text, visual and other modalities by fine-tuning Transformer-based models for the creative domain
  • Develop robust methods to evaluate LLM performance, ensuring ethical AI practices that reflect Adobe's standards
