About The Position

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience or a combination of work experience and advanced education.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or a Master's/PhD plus 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with building and deploying machine learning models.
• Experience with data management, data, and building pipelines.
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks or similar technologies.
• Deep expertise in at least one area of Machine Learning and AI.
• Excellent proficiency in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Flask.
• Skilled at integrating Python with databases, APIs, and other technologies.
• Proficient with version control systems like Git.
• Experienced in DevOps practices such as CI/CD, along with tools like Kubernetes or Jenkins.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• A strong understanding of security, compliance and privacy on Data Lakehouse and enterprise applications.
• Experience with multimodal AI systems.
• Strong track record of delivering impactful machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Experience managing projects from initial architectural design through to full production implementation.
