Job Description: The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career We are currently seeking a Senior Loss Prevention and Distribution Recruiter to support the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership positions at the Supervisor level and above across the Loss Prevention and Distribution networks for all TJX U.S. brands. In this role, the Senior Recruiter will research, identify, engage, and qualify top talent, creating targeted sourcing strategies to support both specific searches and ongoing pipeline development across markets nationwide. This position will leverage a variety of sourcing methods—including internal ATS tools, professional networks, social media, talent mapping, cold-calling, and competitive market research—to identify and attract passive candidates. The Senior Recruiter will maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the retail, distribution, and loss prevention talent landscape, ensuring strategic insight into market trends and competitive intelligence. As a trusted advisor and business partner, the Senior Recruiter will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Leadership, HR Business Partners, and other key internal stakeholders throughout the search process. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years full Recruitment Lifecycle experience supporting remote, geographically dispersed searches, retail recruiting a plus
  • Demonstrated sourcing experience to include internet, research, and cold calling. Must have “hunter” mindset
  • Superior talent interviewing and assessment skills
  • Developed business acumen, political agility, and intellectual curiosity
  • Demonstrated skill building productive relationships, influencing, and managing stakeholders at all levels within a matrix organization
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience communicating with all levels of leadership; exhibits recognizable, confident executive presence and managerial courage
  • Strong organizational and follow through skills, with focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple searches/projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Influence, consult, collaborate and be a talent advisor and thought leader to Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leaders and peers
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas
  • Develop actionable strategies and staffing plans to support hiring needs, leverage internal and external resources to meet plans
  • Research and maintain market intelligence data for assigned geographic locations/regions
  • Source, engage and assess talent
  • Build robust talent pipelines
  • Deliver best in class hiring experience to all stakeholders including candidates, Hiring Managers and other business partners
  • Leverage data to inform and influence all stakeholders
  • Communicate plans and activities proactively
  • Anticipate challenges and obstacles
  • Manage projects as assigned
  • Coordination and planning of required quarterly market travel with business partners, with flexibility based on needs of the business.
