The Logistics Experience Lead Supports the execution and continuous improvement of processes that shape the Marvin shipping experience for customers. This role focuses on ensuring accurate delivery communication, assisting with driver and customer education, and supporting onboarding efforts for carriers and dealers. The Lead collaborates with internal teams to resolve delivery concerns and contributes to initiatives that enhance the overall logistics experience. Highlights of your role Assist in maintaining Marvin communication systems (MOS & Trimble Visibility) to ensure accurate and timely delivery information for customers. Support the creation and delivery of training materials for internal teams and external customers regarding the Marvin Shipping Experience. Partner with Logistics and Customer Support teams to address routine delivery concerns and escalate complex issues as needed. Help onboard and train third-party carriers to meet Marvin expectations. Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining the delivery experience. Monitor and report delivery experience metrics to the Logistics Experience Manager. Participate in onboarding activities for new dealers during acquisition and integration projects. All other duties as assigned
