About The Position
Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a Senior Logistics Analyst . Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: The Senior Logistics Analyst provides shipping and receiving duties for the RRB unit, physical property receiving and control, and property management and tracking. Key Functions: Complete property organization and accountability. Control of and maintenance of property records on all Contractor Acquired and Government Furnished Property (GFP) assigned in performance of contract requirements. Perform inventory and tracking of calibration equipment and tools Receiving and Shipping management Warehouse property issuing structure implementation. To include maintaining detailed property, receiving and shipping records and quality assurance Property tag inventory management using “WASP” inventory database / software
Requirements
- Understanding of product life cycle and warranty guidelines
- Microsoft Office applications
- Property issuing structure
- Structured documentation of property ownership
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 8+ years’ experience as a Logistics Manager
- 5+ years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Only candidates who currently possess an active Top Secret clearance will be considered.
Nice To Haves
- 10+ years’ experience with a detailed background in inventory management
- Extensive knowledge of USAF logistics / property management protocol
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of all MS Office products
- Sound leadership / communication skills
- Detail oriented
