About The Position

CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst to support logistics efforts under our Naval Forces Logistics II contract to support Navy clients at COMNAVAIRLANT, Norfolk VA. Responsibilities: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide Logistics support to CVNs. Analyze CVN EOM Reporting data and PIB matrix. Provide e-mail/TELCON NTCSS AIS troubleshooting support. Provide On the Job/Over the Shoulder (OJT/OTS) Logistics Training for CVN. Assist with CVN TAV, SMA, SMI visits. Assist with CVN Post-Deployment RECON/Level Set/Offload evolutions. Assist in collecting, compiling, reviewing and analyzing information to support Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) testing. Assist in developing FIAR compliant procedures for managing Key Supporting Documentation (KSD).

Requirements

• Active DOD Secret security clearance
• 8+ years of experience in a combination of Navy logistics and Navy logistics AISs management.
• Typically has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related business discipline and minimum of five years of related experience.
• As a substitute for education, eight years of experience in Navy Logistics, AIS management, inventory management, and the functionality of Navy logistics and AISs.
• Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category
• Familiarity with Navy Aviation supply and maintenance relationships, organization, and management databases is highly desired; possess strong verbal skills to convey analysis results and recommendations.
• Experience with NALCOMIS, RSUPPLY and CMP.
• Work independently with general supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Ideal candidate would be a former Navy Enlisted Logistics Specialist (LS) with CVN/L-Ship tour background with strong NTCSS Force Level AIS experience.
