About this role: As our Senior Localisation PM, you’ll manage a wide range of localisation projects for departments across our business. By meeting the requirements of different stakeholders and project goals, your work will enable us to attract customers across all of our markets. Strong project and people management are vital. If an issue arises, you’ll liaise with stakeholders to locate and solve any business blockers. With work arriving from numerous departments – including Global Customer Activation, Partner Marketing and Corporate Solutions -, you’re able to identify and prioritise the most important next steps to take our key projects further. These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Work closely together with your team members, helping to manage the team’s workload and coach the team on how to approach different projects. Help set up, maintain and optimise our TMS, its functionalities, integrations and workflows Be a driving force for our working smarter initiative, including automation set up and AI Coordinate alignment with our vendors. From individual projects, to overall collaboration. Work on global scale campaigns, and all different translation requests across multiple markets and stakeholders, including project set up, PMing and QA of localised assets across all markets. Be a brand guardian for our local markets. Helping them to be locally relevant, while focussing on consistency and brand perception.

Requirements

Proven experience in localisation project management, preferably on the client side
Experience with various TMS systems and workflows
Fluent English (written & spoken) as well as another European language
Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
High adaptability to change in scope and priorities.

Nice To Haves

Experience with different types of localisation – e.g. translation, transcreation, subtitling, voice overs – is a huge advantage
Comfortable working with data, automation and AI
