Senior Loan Partner (Licensed) | Regional Production

CHURCHILL MORTGAGE CORPORATIONBrentwood, TN
6d$60,000 - $150,000

About The Position

Churchill Mortgage began in 1992 with the core value of providing the highest level of integrity to each and every customer, meaning we tell our customers what is best for them even when it means we won't close their loan. We have found over and over again that treating people the way we want to be treated is not only the right thing to do, but it builds lasting relationships. Churchill Mortgage proudly embraces the sound financial principles, as heard on the Dave Ramsey Show. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed, high-performing mortgage professional to serve as the Senior Loan Partner to a Regional Manager and top-producing Loan Officer. This role functions as the operational leader of the Regional Manager's personal production, overseeing pipeline execution, borrower experience, Realtor communication, and loan progression from application through closing. This is a leadership-level production role—not administrative support. The Senior Loan Partner will manage the day-to-day execution of a high-volume personal pipeline while also mentoring and guiding newer Loan Officer Assistants to elevate overall operational performance.
