About The Position
The Senior Loan Delivery Specialist is responsible for auditing loan documents to ensure compliance with investor and internal audit requirements, managing a pipeline with challenging deadlines, and shipping files to investors. The role includes resolving ULDD errors, reviewing loan delivery status, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations for allocated investors and servicers. The Specialist will also activate mortgage insurance and assist with piloting new programs as product offerings expand.
