Summary: Work in one or more areas of Loan Servicing including Commercial and B&B portfolio. Position could include Payoffs, Post Closing, fulfillment, loan closings, daily transactions, escrow, flood insurance monitoring, and loan delivery.
Requirements
- Excellent data entry and keyboarding skills, technical aptitude or basic programming preferred
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of professional experience
Responsibilities
- Process UCC Lien Releases
- Prepare Payoff Quotes
- Place holds on Advances for Line of credit accounts
- Process Advance requests
- Execute GL transactions in Oracle.
- Process and QC Risk Rating Changes.
- Handle settlements.
- Process charge offs accurately.
- Set Non-Accrual and process non-accrual changes.
