Position Summary: Sales Counselor The Sales Counselor supports both the Shiloh and Troy communities, driving occupancy and revenue through proactive sales and community engagement. You'll partner with the Sales & Marketing Director and Executive Director to manage inquiries, conduct tours, follow up with leads, and create a welcoming experience for every prospective resident and family member. Your goal: build meaningful relationships and guide families from inquiry to move-in with empathy and confidence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality required
  • Strong understanding of assisted living and memory care sales processes
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Compassionate, self-motivated, organized, and driven by results
  • Willingness to travel between Shiloh and Troy communities as needed

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads to achieve occupancy goals
  • Conduct community tours and host engaging presentations for families and referral partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, local businesses, and community organizations
  • Track all sales activity in the CRM and provide accurate weekly reporting
  • Partner with operations and care teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents
  • Support marketing events and initiatives that drive traffic and brand awareness
  • Collaborate across both communities (Troy & Shiloh) to share best practices and strengthen outreach strategies
