About The Position

Peace Village is seeking a Senior Living Sales Consultant to help prospective residents and their families discover a vibrant and supportive senior living lifestyle. Position Summary: Build trusting relationships with prospective residents and their families Conduct personalized tours and host group presentations that reflect the warmth of our community Manage and track all leads using Salesforce CRM; ensure timely follow-up via calls, emails, home visits, and appointments Guide prospective residents through the full sales process—from initial inquiry through move-in Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional customer service Achieve and document progress toward monthly occupancy and sales goals Participate in internal and external marketing events, networking opportunities, and lead-generating activities Maintain presentation-ready model apartments that reflect the quality of life at Peace Village Provide administrative support related to move-ins, contracts, and resident records as needed

Requirements

  • 4+ years of successful sales experience, in a senior living community required; or CCRC/entrance-fee-based communities a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • High level of comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and collaborate across teams
  • Professional, positive attitude and ability to connect with diverse individuals

Nice To Haves
