Position Summary: Build trusting relationships with prospective residents and their families Conduct personalized tours and host group presentations that reflect the warmth of our community Manage and track all leads using Salesforce CRM; ensure timely follow-up via calls, emails, home visits, and appointments Guide prospective residents through the full sales process—from initial inquiry through move-in Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional customer service Achieve and document progress toward monthly occupancy and sales goals Participate in internal and external marketing events, networking opportunities, and lead-generating activities Maintain presentation-ready model apartments that reflect the quality of life at Peace Village Provide administrative support related to move-ins, contracts, and resident records as needed
