About The Position

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Senior Living Sales Advisor will help to promote and sell future Blue Sky Independent Living residences and cottages at our campus under construction in Venice. The Senior Living Sales Advisor will be responsible for managing inquiries, supporting lead-generating events, building relationships with prospective residents and providing ongoing support to new residents throughout the move-in process, consistent with Village On The Isle’s mission and core values. The Sales Advisor respectfully interacts and ensures an exceptional experience for all residents, family members, visitors, colleagues and staff- upholding Village On The Isle’s mission and core values in every interaction. This is a safety sensitive position. Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in related field or have equivalent experience
  • Minimal two years of successful sales and marketing experience, preferably in senior living and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent team orientation skills
  • Computer literacy which includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manages appointed inquiries to settlement (outbound and inbound calls, walk-ins, events, tours).
  • Achieves sales activities and move-in goals.
  • Works with prospective residents, family members and key influencers (physician, attorney, trust officer, etc.) to facilitate a timely and beneficial experience.
  • Professionally and accurately maintains CRM data.
  • Collects and retains compliance documentation in accordance with our company policies.
  • Assists with sales and marketing efforts to promote the community.
  • Serves as an ambassador and liaison for Village On The Isle within the local community.
  • Staffs the office during normal business hours.
