Legacy House of Mesa is looking for a creative, energetic, and compassionate Senior Living Recreation Director to lead life-enrichment programming for our residents. Requirements

• Experience working in recreation or life enrichment at a senior living facility
• Ability to design a diverse activity program for seniors
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Team player with a positive, collaborative mindset
• Genuine desire to work with elderly residents

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging social, recreational, cultural, and religious activities
• Create monthly activity calendars and newsletters
• Oversee and enhance the community transportation program
• Coordinate and supervise events and team members
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs while staying within budget
• Participate in training and maintain confidentiality standards
