About The Position

St. George Village a premier retirement community in Roswell is now hiring for a Prep Cook position with our culinary department. The ideal candidate MUST have reliable transportation and two years of stable experience. Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate would have experience for all food preparation and quality food service at all times. Has knowledge of proper food preparation and handling techniques, ability to properly handle knives and kitchen equipment, handling techniques, comprehensive knowledge of safety and sanitation rules and practices. The ideal candidate must be cooperative and friendly attitude toward residents, guests, and other employees and able to work well independently given proper direction and delegate responsibility as directed by supervisor. Offer is contingent upon satisfactory background, drug, physical and Tuberculosis test. Candidate would need to possess a professional appearance, caring and compassionate demeanor, as well be attentive and observant, positive attitude, be willing to work in a team setting. Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
