Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
• Experience in assisted living or similar healthcare settings.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with memory care programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s) through assessments and care planning.
• Manage medication and treatment, implementing and evaluating resident plans of care.
• Document nursing services and enable residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile.
• Embrace teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
