About The Position

The purpose of this position is to lead and direct the overall operation of the Community in accordance with the Sinceri Senior Living Mission Statement, Meaningful Moments Programming, residents' needs, government regulations, and all other Community policies and procedures. The role involves maintaining excellent service quality, high occupancy, and meeting financial goals within the established budgetary guidelines.

Requirements

• Genuine concern for and ability to work with the elderly.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Must be licensed in good standing if required by the State Licensing Authority.
• Effective communication skills with Residents, families, staff, and community officials.
• Must meet all State health requirements.
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Computer literate.
• Experience with financial reporting and managing multiple budgets.
• Subject to a criminal background check.

• Experience in a senior living or healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies for senior living communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall operation of the Community.
• Maintain excellent service quality and high occupancy.
• Meet financial goals within established budgetary guidelines.
• Work with Community management staff and corporate staff in planning all aspects of Community operations.
• Monitor each department and communicate policies.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the Community and grounds.
• Conduct routine inspections of services to ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and State Regulations.
• Operate Community within the established budget.
• Monitor labor costs, raw food costs, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
• Implement and maintain employee and Resident programs in accordance with Community policies.
• Oversee hiring of new candidates and evaluate performance.
• Market the Community to reach and maintain budgeted occupancy.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with State regulators and the community.
