At Allegro Richmond Heights, every meal is an opportunity to connect, care, and brighten a resident’s day. We’re looking for a Full-Time Server to join our dining team on 1st and 2nd shift.
Schedule
• Full-Time
• 1st and 2nd Shift
• Includes weekday and weekend shifts as scheduled
Pay
Starting at $15 per hour

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Previous serving experience required
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to pass a background screening

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe certification
• Senior living or hospitality experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve residents with warmth and professionalism
• Deliver meals accurately and efficiently
• Clear and reset tables to keep the dining room clean and inviting
• Assist with meal delivery to resident apartments as needed
• Label and date food items properly
• Support the kitchen and dining team with setup, breakdown, and sanitation
• Help make every meal a positive, enjoyable experience
