The Woodlake Senior Living, located in Sacramento CA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Partner to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community. Caregiver "Care Partner" Responsibilities of the Care Partner Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy. Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc. Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested. Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity. Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures. Completes state required training upon hire and annually. Required Experience Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 18 years of age. Food Handler Certification, First Aid Certification, Caregiver Certification and CPR Certification all preferred. Basic computer skills. Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language. State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement LIC 503 Health Screening Report Job Type Full Time / Part Time Benefits A benefit package is offered to full-time employees. Requirements
