We are seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support resident engagement at our Sycamore Glen Campus. In this role, you will assist with planning, organizing, and leading activities that promote social connection, creativity, movement, and overall well-being for our residents. You’ll work closely with the Director of Resident Lifestyle and/or Resident Lifestyle Coordinator to help create an inclusive, engaging, and joyful environment where residents feel encouraged to participate, express themselves, and build meaningful relationships. This is not a behind-the-scenes role. As a Resident Lifestyle Assistant, you will be actively involved with residents—supporting daily activities, special events, and community outings that enrich their quality of life. You communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, coworkers, and community partners while maintaining confidentiality. You are organized, flexible, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment with changing needs. You are comfortable using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You are dependable and willing to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and community outings. You understand the importance of safety, supervision, and compliance, including safe transportation of residents.
