About The Position

ECS is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Engineer to work in our Washington, DC office.  Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.  

Requirements

  • Active Top-Secret clearance (TS/SCI is preferred)
  • 8+ years progressive litigation support and e-Discovery experience
  • Specific work experience in providing IT program support for the Federal Government.
  • Relativity administration & support 
  • IPRO Eclipse administration & support
  • Everlaw platform management
  • Nuix data processing & analytics
  • Technology-assisted review (TAR)
  • Data analytics & visualization
  • Timeline development & communication pattern analysis
  • Power BI dashboard development
  • e-Discovery lifecycle management
  • Classified environment operations (Secret and TS/SCI)
  • Microsoft desktop client technologies
  • ITSM system utilization

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support e-Litigation platforms including Relativity, IPRO Eclipse, Everlaw, and Nuix
  • Provide technology-assisted review (TAR) support for case teams 
  • Conduct data analytics, timeline development, and communication pattern analysis 
  • Develop data dashboards using tools like Power BI for case team review
  • Develop user training and documentation for NSS Program Systems
  • Process change requests received in accordance with program policy
  • Utilize DOJ ITSM system for ticketing, incident and service request management 
  • Provide onsite staff Monday through Friday during core business hours at 2Con, 3Con and RFK
  • Travel as required in support of incident resolution and system deployment activities to CONUS/OCONUS sites  Support Contingency and Incident Response Plan activities 
  • Ensure security of all litigation systems meets or exceeds DOJ Security Standards
