Your Role: As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our litigation department while having the opportunity to work on a robust docket of cases for our clients. Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of legal practice, with a strong preference for candidates possessing extensive experience in personal injury litigation, whether from the plaintiff or defense perspective.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a high-stakes legal environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and legal professionals both verbally and in writing.
Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and team members efficiently.
