General Role Description As a senior lighting designer, you will provide creative and proactive solutions for our clients and their projects. The position requires strong leadership in training designers, delegating tasks, and driving project technical design strategy from kickoff through completion. This role collaborates with and teaches other designers to ensure we continue to excel at a very high level in design. You will be working on some of our larger and more complex projects and will collaborate closely with project teams and clients to help bring your, and the team's, vision to reality. This position reports to the Lighting Studio Lead and has direct supervisory responsibilities over the Lighting Designer position.
