This is a high‑impact role at the heart of our growth strategy. You’ll own the customer journey end‑to‑end - from first activation to long‑term expansion - designing lifecycle programs that turn engaged customers into loyal advocates. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Research, using data to understand customer behavior and build thoughtful, timely engagement across onboarding, retention, win‑back and expansion. From segmentation and journey mapping to hands‑on campaign execution, you’ll translate insight into action - and action into measurable impact. You’ll also play a key role in bringing Savanta’s expanding technology and AI‑powered products to life, driving adoption of platforms like Explorer and Plinc, and supporting product launches across our portfolio. Whether its personalized lifecycle campaigns, expansion plays with Sales, or advocacy programs that spotlight our customers’ success, your work will be visible - and valued.
