The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will provide oversight and daily management of email campaigns across acquisition segments for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. The role includes briefing creative development, audience management, campaign set-up, monitoring, and performance reporting and optimization. The manager will schedule sends to all free audience segments for trial/conversion programs and work in collaboration with Technical Marketing & DF to execute all campaigns. Additionally, the manager will define and conduct a quarterly experimentation roadmap for focus areas, manage release messaging in alignment with the Business Unit for free audience batch and trigger campaigns, and plan for gap closure needs to ensure targets are met. Summarizing performance through measurement and insights is also a key responsibility.
