The Senior Licensing Specialist is a key team member who understands sales systems and processes as they relate to licensing, appointments, commissions and compliance. The Senior Licensing Specialist plays a lead role in the evaluation of Jewelers Mutual’s current licensing systems and processes to ensure current needs are met and to identify future needs. This role has key knowledge and input in the strategic direction of our licensing, appointment, and compliance processes. In addition, this person will assist Sales and Finance in the management all agent/broker/strategic partner compensation programs, schedules and records.
