About The Position

Cassia, a nonprofit senior living organization, is seeking a Senior Liaison to join our team and support strong partnerships between hospital systems and our communities. This leadership role provides strategic oversight of liaison operations, helping drive occupancy growth, streamline admissions processes, and strengthen collaboration across healthcare systems. The Senior Liaison also plays a key role in developing and communicating data insights that support operational decision-making across multiple care settings. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, along with experience working across healthcare systems. This individual will supervise Liaison staff, oversee admissions coordination, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while supporting system-wide communication and performance improvement. Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position based in Edina, Minnesota. This is not a remote role. Wage Range: $95,000 - $125,000 Annually depending on experience Location: 7171 Ohms Lane, Edina, MN 55439

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or licensed healthcare professional with relevant leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with healthcare systems, hospital partnerships, or admissions coordination preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for Liaison staff supporting multiple hospital systems and Cassia communities.
  • Monitor occupancy performance and support census growth through effective referral and admissions management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between hospital partners and Cassia leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to admissions protocols and review admission denials for final determination.
  • Develop and maintain data tracking and analytics to evaluate departmental performance and referral trends.
  • Communicate key insights and operational updates across partner healthcare systems and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.
