Senior Level Systems Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior-Level Systems Integrator to support and help lead enterprise integration efforts across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) , Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG) , and U.S. Federal Agencies. In this role, you will work closely with Government and senior technical leaders to ensure the integrity, interoperability, and performance of complex systems-of-systems that enable timely and accurate GEOINT. This position is ideal for an experienced integrator ready to take on greater technical leadership and mission responsibility in a large-scale, multi-agency environment. What You’ll Do As a Senior Systems Integrator, you will support and execute enterprise integration activities across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or : 4 additional years of relevant experience with no degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree.
- 12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry supporting large, complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments.
- Experience integrating systems across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures .
- Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience.
- Prior IC and/or DoD program or project experience.
- TS/SCI clearance , with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
- Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale GEOINT or Intelligence Community integration efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading and performing systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to support mission-critical GEOINT delivery.
- Contribute to a total systems perspective, ensuring alignment across services, infrastructure, security, and operational domains.
- Support planning and execution of integration approaches for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid systems and services.
- Assist with testing, documentation, implementation, and sustainment of integrated solutions.
- Support the development of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.
- Identify and communicate system dependencies, interfaces, and technical risks.
- Guide and mentor mid- and junior-level systems integrators, promoting best practices and technical rigor.
- Collaborate with senior integrators and Government stakeholders to support enterprise integration strategies.
