About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Level Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 4) located in North Charleston, South Carolina to join our 787 Strategy and Integration Fulfillment team. You will be joining a dynamic organization with tremendous opportunity to engage cross-functionally, creatively problem solve, and make a difference.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment or Manufacturing
  • 5+ years of experience using Excel to perform data analysis
  • 5+ years of experience with Inventory Management Systems (such as CribMaster, REDARS, Ariba)
  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders (using PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment
  • 10+ years of experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry

Responsibilities

  • Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the introduction of new tools and techniques
  • Present analysis of performance measurements to senior managers
  • Investigate complex ordering conditions
  • Develop materials management estimates and schedules for new business proposals
  • Identify, analyze, develop and implement best practices, processes and procedures for SCM
  • Work with internal & external customers and suppliers
  • Analyze complex material requirements
  • Initiate, coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
  • Ensure on-time delivery
  • Document and resolve order delinquencies
  • Report schedule adherence issues
  • Develop and control inventory plans
  • Develop and create schedules for products and services
  • Other duties as assigned
