Functional Responsibilities: I2X Technologies is seeking a Senior Level Intelligence Analyst Clearance: TS/SCI Job Duties: Contractor personnel shall conduct near-term, mid-term, and long-term all-source analysis supporting the Program’s mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning. Contractor personnel shall support, establish, and maintain a network of contacts for all-source analysis and reporting, ensure analytical findings are based upon multi-layered research and multiple sources, and provide a functional perspective with regional emphasis on relevant existing and emerging threats. Contractor personnel shall participate in teams for special projects and/or studies of considerable scope and depth critical to the resolution of strategic deterrence issues and problems, and interpret complex legislative, regulatory, and policy guidance to prepare recommendations for the Commander at the United States Strategic Command and Senior Staff. Contractor personnel shall serve as the focal point in the area of responsibility (AOR) where they are assigned to support Command exercises, training events, war games, and crisis response operations as required. Contractor personnel shall support all assigned staffing tasks, including those from informal and formal tasking mechanisms (i.e., COLISEUM, Task Management Tool (TMT), e-Task) for coordination and action. The Contractor shall prepare staff action packages in accordance with United States Strategic Command procedures. Contractor personnel shall provide inputs to Government administrative products including production reports and statistics, trend data, maintaining web-based sites and portals, maintaining mission databases and analytical visualization tools, weekly activity reports, and other documents indicated by the Government. Contractor personnel shall support building and maintaining continuity books, standard operating procedures (SOP), spreadsheets and visualization charts to ensure all research and background knowledge is documented. Continuity books record and document research, search queries, and intelligence analysis techniques and shall include area of responsibility points of contact. At the instruction of the Government, Contractor shall provide training as needed covering the following topics: Microsoft Office databases, MARS, RMT (WISE and M3 successor), Cedallion, CHROME, CIA WiRE, OMAR, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, NSA Pulse, CIA Lucky, GOSSIP, Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), TAC, WIDOW, Proton, ROCKSTAR, SNAPGLASS, FounDRI, DataXplorer, Strategic Missile and Relocatable Targets (SMART), MIST, CED, Dataminr, Quellfire, and Talon Thresher. Contractor personnel shall coordinate with the Government representative to plan, prioritize, and forecast analytic projects. Contractor personnel shall document analytic project status throughout the lifecycle of each project using the Program Production Tracker. Contractor personnel shall participate in discussions, meetings, conferences, publication evaluations, and special projects, providing accurate and relevant feedback within specified timeframes. Contractor personnel shall provide support in detailed studies and analysis to optimize internal or external support to the Command, providing timely, accurate, and relevant studies. At the instruction of the Government, the Contractor shall be available to provide in-depth briefings to senior United States Strategic Command leaders concerning all primary adversaries. Contractor personnel shall analyze and evaluate process and capability shortfalls and make program management recommendations for improvement. Contractor personnel shall research, study, and present technical information, in the form of briefings or written papers, on relevant spatial analytics issues for senior leaders.

Requirements

  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience providing support for plans and JIPOE analysis or demonstrated strategic-level intelligence analysis capabilities (e.g., experience in intelligence for joint military operations). Critical duties include providing situational awareness of adversary threat capabilities to support I&W, authoring strategic regional and global JIPOE products to enable planning, and authoring intelligence products for the United States Strategic Command Staff, assigned Component Commands and Task Forces, and the IC
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience preparing, integrating, briefing and publishing broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessment in coordination with other Agency elements and IC components on adversary regional issues.
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience supporting the development of intelligence collections requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to IC reporting.
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience providing analysis supporting Target Systems Analysis and target folder development for nuclear, kinetic, and non-kinetic targeting efforts.
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience maintaining Government furnished databases and software applications, to include the use of visualization tools, in support of strategic intelligence analysis to include support to briefings, papers, and presentations.
  • At least ten (10) years of direct intelligence analysis experience at an IC or DoD Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command or DoD intelligence unit, of which at least eight (8) years are on the adversary function, or 12+ years of civilian intelligence analysis experience or equivalent academic experience. Shall include experience authoring/publishing intelligence products or civilian/academic pieces on the adversary function.
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience conducting near-term, mid-term, and longterm analysis supporting the Program’s mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning. Equivalent experience supporting joint intelligence operations at other combatant commands or national intelligence centers is acceptable.
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience providing analytical support for the development, validation, implementation and modification of current and evolving Command and DoD planning documents requiring insight into foreign strategic forces, policy, intentions and technology.
  • US Citizenship is required.
