About The Position

Sancorp is seeking a Senior Insider Threat Analyst. The following are examples of responsibilities: Work independently to establish relationships with Marine Corps commands within their assigned regions to foster insider threat awareness. Provide insider threat training to Marine Corps commanders, supervisors, and other security, prevention and personnel stakeholders. Provide the conduit for coordination, product development, and review with the Program’s government representatives. Brief senior leadership on the disposition of insider threat inquiries and recommendations for threat mitigation. Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Concept of Operations (CONOPs) to assist with the implementation, operationalization, ad sustainment of the Insider Threat program. Determine, identify, and validate internal and external reporting requirements to DoD, Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), DoD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC), leadership and commanders. Establish, validate, and execute workflow processes supporting case management, triage, analysis, validation, and reporting. Develop insider threat Analytic Reports based off of information that is received by the Analysis Center, information that has been analyzed and insider threat concerns that have been validated against established insider threat thresholds, and the 13 adjudicative guidelines within personnel security. Ensure analytic processes are executed in accordance with policy, laws, ethical practices, privacy, civil liberties, and whistle blower protections. Conduct quality control on all analytic products developed by members of your team. Support strategic Program initiatives to include communications, stakeholder engagement, and Program/System synchronization and integration.

Requirements

  • Security clearance: Current TS/SCI and Must be a US Citizen.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in military, all-source intelligence analysis, supporting tactical and strategic levels.
  • Minimum of 5 years in demonstrated knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; knowledge of and ability to use various research tools; procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.
  • Operational and acquisition experience with various UAM systems
  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated knowledge of research and analytical techniques as applied to difficult and complex assignments in security, law enforcement, and counterintelligence analysis.
  • Must possess a strong analytical background.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills with ability to deliver briefings to large professional groups.
  • Must possess the ability to successfully plan, coordinate, research and analyze all-source intelligence information for accuracy, timeliness and relevance to mission
  • Must possess knowledge of current domestic and international threats to U.S. national security interests.
