  • Direct the design and development of technical solutions based on mission requirements and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders to capture and translate mission and customer needs into actionable system and capability requirements.
  • Support system-level analyses and allocation of requirements to architecture components and executing programs.
  • Assist with systems integration, performance engineering, and risk management activities across multiple acquisition programs.
  • Conduct Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (CoAs), trade studies, and detailed engineering assessments to inform decision-making.
  • Provide strategic technical planning and interface design guidance to ensure seamless integration of systems, services, and processes across organizational and agency boundaries.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related technical/scientific field such as Engineering (any discipline), Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other related STEM degree programs, OR 12+ years of relevant systems engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 12 years of senior-level experience in government or industry roles related to DoD/IC Acquisition Processes, Requirements Development Processes, PPBES (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System), and Systems Engineering of large, complex Systems of Systems (SoS) or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)/Cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the systems engineering lifecycle.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI access and successfully complete a polygraph examination.
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field as listed above.
  • INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, processes, and languages.
  • Software Development Frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following: Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, Image Science, Information Sciences, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geomatics, or other related geospatial intelligence disciplines.
  • Documented experience in the Geospatial Intelligence field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current NSG, ASG, and NRO enterprises.
  • Active membership or leadership roles in organizations such as ACSM, ASCE, ASPRS, OGC, SAME, or USGIF.
  • Heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents.
  • 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap.
