About The Position

Now Hiring: Senior Member Services Specialist Are you passionate about helping people and guiding them through their financial journey? Forest Area FCU is seeking a Senior Member Services Specialist to provide exceptional service to our members while supporting loans, accounts, and financial solutions. What You’ll Do Communicate with members regularly via phone, online platforms, and in person. Handle daily transactions including debit disputes, wire transfers, stop payments, and more. Open personal, business, HSA, and IRA accounts; assist with loan applications and loan closings. Provide financial counseling and confidently recommend products that meet members’ needs. Support the Lending Department with administrative tasks and documentation. Cross-sell loans, accounts, and other services while staying up to date on all credit union products. What We’re Looking For Financial Counseling Certification (required). 3–5 years of related experience in banking or credit union member services. Two-year degree or specialized certification/training preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and problem-solving ability. Requirements

  • Financial Counseling Certification (required).
  • 3–5 years of related experience in banking or credit union member services.

  • Proficiency with banking systems, technology, and online platforms.
