About The Position
The Senior Legal Typist (SLT) position with the Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) involves performing meaningful secretarial work and collaborating closely with the Legal Support Supervisor I (LSSI) to manage case assignments. The SLT prepares and serves orders, decisions, and correspondence, providing secretarial and clerical support to the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) assigned. The SLT works within the Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS) to manage tasks, process incoming and outgoing documents, and manage the judge's calendar. This position is located at 2 MacArthur Place, Suite 600, Santa Ana, CA 92707, and offers a hybrid telework option two days per week.
