About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Legal Technology Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives that modernize and streamline the Legal Department's technology landscape. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and experienced project leader who thrives in a fast-paced law firm or corporate environment and is confident making decisions, managing stakeholders, and driving results. As an individual contributor within the Legal Technology team, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery. This includes discovery and planning, followed by execution and implementation. You will partner closely with Legal stakeholders, our technology partners, and external vendors. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the project, make informed decisions, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and managing vendors in a legal or business technology environment.
Demonstrated ownership mindset, with a willingness to take on tasks outside of defined responsibilities to ensure successful project delivery.
Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to identify inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
Skilled in presenting data and insights in a meaningful way to support decision-making and drive initiatives forward, including experience leveraging Power BI.
Experienced in building strong stakeholder relationships, aligning expectations, and communicating effectively across legal, business, and technical teams.
Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding how systems interact, without needing deep technical expertise.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and visual collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, or Visio for process mapping and documentation.
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect business goals to project roadmaps, prioritize work, and manage risks.
Adaptable and resourceful in navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and build trust across diverse teams.

Nice To Haves

Document management experience with tools such as iManage, NetDocuments, or SharePoint is a plus.
Experience with legal technology such as matter management systems, legal hold platforms, and AI-powered search tools is highly valued.
