THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and competent Senior Executive Assistant to provide complex and highly confidential administrative services to the Senior Executive Vice President and General Counsel. The General Counsel leads a team of approximately 280 Legal and Ethics professionals and is a member of the Bank's Managing Committee. This role regularly exercises judgment and discretion in the execution of responsibilities that include proactively managing calendars, scheduling meetings and interacting with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work to understand and anticipate needs, quickly assess complex situations, and have experience in partnering with executive-level leadership. The candidate will partner and collaborate with other Senior Executive Assistants to ensure priorities and deliverables are effectively and completely met. This role will coordinate meetings, presentations, travel arrangements, meeting agendas and offsite events. The ideal candidate is comfortable with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) along with other software packages. In addition, duties include composing correspondence, preparing business reports and expense reports, and conducting special projects as directed. To be successful in this Senior Executive Assistant role, you will need to be extremely detail oriented, professional, highly organized, and motivated, and you must be able to work collaboratively and independently.
