About The Position

A vacancy has arisen for a structured products/derivatives transactional lawyer to join the US Sales & Trading Legal team, in New York. The role involves supporting our businesses by providing transactional and regulatory guidance with respect to derivative transactions and structured product issuances. Please note that this is not a documentation/negotiation role. Requirements

  • A good quality academic training in law, and qualification as a US attorney
  • Significant experience working on derivatives, repo and/or other structured financial transactions, gained as a transactional lawyer in a law firm or in-house
  • A genuine interest in financial services and markets

Responsibilities
