About The Position

Sprinter Health is building the operating system for in-home care, connecting patients, clinicians, and health plans through data-driven logistics and scalable healthcare solutions. Backed by $125M from a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel, Sprinter has served over 100,000 patients and partnered with six of the ten largest U.S. health plans—all in pursuit of bringing high-quality preventive care directly to people’s homes. As Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll report to the General Counsel and serve as a key advisor across product, compliance, HR, and operations. You’ll own a wide range of responsibilities—from drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements to advising on telehealth regulations, privacy frameworks, and employment law. You’ll help design legal systems that scale with Sprinter’s rapid growth while ensuring compliance in a heavily regulated healthcare environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience.
• In-house work at a startup or healthcare company.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory law.
• Understanding of privacy and employment issues.
