About The Position
The Senior Legal Counsel is a key member of the Corporate Legal Team, working closely with the Chief Corporate Counsel, Legal Director of M&A/VC and members of the Business Development and Venture Capital business teams. The primary role involves supporting the Business Development team in all aspects of M&A and venture capital work across all six divisions of Boston Scientific. The secondary role includes managing and maintaining a strategic venture capital portfolio of active companies, assisting with diligence and pre-closing regulatory matters associated with large acquisitions, reviewing and analyzing complex acquisition and financing structures, and providing general corporate legal support for Business Development's everyday needs. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in the local office at least three days per week.
