About The Position

Oversees and assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Absence Management Programs. Provides case management, educational materials development, and procedure development for long term and short-term placement of employees. Promotes quality, cost-effective outcomes and coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Disability Intervention Program. Provides guidance for other professionals in facilitation of Absence Management processes. Works toward the goal of facilitating and monitoring successful return to work of team members.

Requirements

• Requires 5-7 years of experience working directly in leave administration.
• Requires experience working with FMLA, Worker's Compensation, ADAAA laws, LTD, STD, and Cobra.
• Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Be able to come onsite 2-3 times a month post training

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare industry experience
• CPDM (Certified Professional Disability Management) and CLMS (Certified Leave Management Specialist) preferred
