Oversees and assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Absence Management Programs. Provides case management, educational materials development, and procedure development for long term and short-term placement of employees. Promotes quality, cost-effective outcomes and coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Disability Intervention Program. Provides guidance for other professionals in facilitation of Absence Management processes. Works toward the goal of facilitating and monitoring successful return to work of team members.
