WORKED PERFORMED: Responsible for new business development; researching prospective customers and conducting cold calls Understands inventory to properly answer / match inquiry calls and available space Builds good working relationships with brokers and existing customers Coordinates and leads property tours for prospective customers Coordinates space planning activities between customers and architects / construction teams Utilizes proprietary leasing analysis software Prepares lease proposals and reviews; negotiates lease terms with customers and brokers through execution Attends customer punch list walk-throughs Assists in preparation of annual leasing budgets Actively participates in local Commercial Real Estate organizations (NAIOP, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
